Position Overview
We are seeking a platform program manager with experience in managing digital programs for the retail channel. In this role, the person will manage end-to-end trade-in and multi-buy program; and also conceptualize and new program.
This role encompasses coordination with internal teams such as tech, compliance and finance; and also, with external partners operating in re-sale industry. Innovation would be the key and the person is expected to bring new ideas to existing programs.
Key Programs
*Trade-In platform
Program Management:
- Develop strategy to increase Sellout of Samsung devices using Trade-in Program.
- Improvise consumer purchase experience and maximize Upgrade attach.
- Managing marketing of Upgrade platform via dealer & customer communication
- Manage Program budgets & cost management
Stakeholder Management:
- Identify, onboard & successful rollout of new partners with new initiatives under Trade-in.
- Managing Product Managers, SOP team, Samsung Tech teams (SDS / GMCS / SRI-B).
- Liaison with compliance and finance team for program controls and improvisations
Performance Management:
- Work closely with Regional Sales Team for platform education, taking feedback, driving Attach
- Share Dashboards on Program Performance with stakeholders
- Leverage Samsung capabilities to drive repeat purchases on platform (effective utilization of Upgrade, My Galaxy & Big Data)
*Multi-Buy Program
- Introduce enhancements in the current Multi-Buy program to accommodate future requirements
- End-to-end program ownership in coordination with product managers and SOP team
- Carry out new developments to expand program scope and boost sellout
- Enrich customer experience and drive program parameters for increasing sellout
- Responsible for training and communicating program changes and issue resolution
*Consumer facing app management:
- Manage application strategy and roadmap for increasing Samsung sellout at offline store
- Manage Cheil creative/technical team for timely go-live of offers
- Act as bridge between region and technical team for campaign go live and tracking
- Driving customer engagement and retention by launching new programs
- Manage existing programs such as SF+ O2O, exchange, Multi-Buy and Care+
- Re-vamp My Galaxy as offer discovery platform for the benefit of customers, dealers and SECs
- Coordinate with SRI-Bangalore and manage projects development and execution
*Other R&R:
- Work closely with Big Data and AI team to implement AI projects related to MX business
- Drive projects related to technical development (Analytics Dashboard) in coordination with BI
- Responsible for developing special platforms/programs as part of Affordability team
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience managing platform programs with emphasis on digital consumer facing application
- Domain Expertise: Technical acumen of API integration, user flows and consumer journey and new developments.
