Platform Lead - CloudXP Ops

Candidate should be specialized in running 24x7 Business Critical Operations for Application Support in the area ofe.g. Cloud Operations, Automation, Data Analytics, Transformation, Collection & Visualization from knowledge and hands-on perspective

Key Responsibility:

Lead the team for day to day operations to ensure uptime of the In-house developed hybrid cloud management platform

Interact with delivery teams for new feature testing and production deployments

Interact with internal and external customer for onbaording and troubleshotting issues

Manage 24x7 Operations team of 20+ members

Expertise in running 24x7 Support for Mission Critical Applications with zero downtime

Good Exposure on Issue Troubleshooting and Root Cause Analysis

TECHNOLOGICAL SKILL SETS:

1. Cloud offerings of ROS, Azure, AWS, GCP,Vmware, Oracle, Nutanix

2. Linux and Open source application architecture and support

3. Log Analytics & Data Mining :- Kafka, ELK Stack, Spark

4 Azure CI/CD and Automation using Cloud CLI tools
