Job Description: Platform Integration Engineer – Technical Lead (Exp: 8 years to 12 years)
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Platform Integration Engineer to join our team as a Technical Lead focuses on developing and maintaining robust platforms for transversal supply integration services running on Cloud. The role will ensure that platforms used are reliable, performant, secured and managed in a proactive way using automation.
Contribution in this domain in full autonomy (possibly on call support).
By mentoring application members and promoting best practices, the Platform Integration Engineer fosters a culture of technical excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement, aligning the solutions usage with application objectives and long-term architecture goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 6+ years of experience in software development for platform and integration in a technical role
- Self-motivated, highly responsible, and service-oriented
- English (reading, writing, and speaking)
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively and collaboratively in a team environment
- Flexible team player with a proactive attitude
- Eager to understand the business processes and how applications support them
- Azure platform and Kubernetes platform
- Microsoft .net stack
- DevOps
- Infra-As-Code knowledge/experience (Terraform, Ansible,..)
- Knowledge of using automation/orchestration engines with basic concepts on automation frameworks
- Grafana and observability tools
- Elastic search
- Automation and RPA tools experience (Cucumber, Selenium, Puppeteer, Playwright, Power Automate, UiPath) GUI/web-based automation experience
- Good understanding of Relational and NoSQL databases

Roles & Responsibilities
Platform and Integration
- Design, develop, and maintain platform services, APIs, and tooling for transversal supply chain components for their integration
- Build scalable, high-performance and reliable services which are compliant with the application requirements
- Build middleware services, connectors, and data pipelines to enable system interoperability.
- Collaborate with development teams to identify, capture, and implement new components according to requirements
Automated platform and integration services
- All components and their integration should be deployed and maintained in Infra As Code
Performance Quality Operation
- Establish and enforce best practices
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to other engineers on platform architecture and patterns and integration
- Proactively address performance issues and optimize system efficiency.
- Actively contribute to Agile practices, ensuring adaptability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Optimize cost of the components
Collaboration
- Work closely with platform teams (e.g., containers, software packages), integration team, monitoring team and other technical teams to ensure alignment and integration.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish and share best practices within the organization.
