Job Title: Platform Engineer - VP

Role Description

• The TDI Engineering Platforms and Practice group own the governance standards for SDLC across the entire firm. Our tools and platforms are used by every single development team. Our mission is to provide a frictionless software delivery experience whilst safeguarding the integrity of the software supply chain.
• That means we both define governance and tooling to make it easy for teams todemonstratecompliance to those standards. We are excited to be embarking on a journey of transformation, providing a new governance landscape for our customers and require an Engineer to work within Engineering to help achieve our goals.

Your key responsibilities

• Lead design and evolution of internal developer platforms and tooling
• Define and deliver self-service capabilities that improve developer productivity
• Standardize engineering environments, pipelines, and workflows at scale
• Ensure platforms meet reliability, security, and performance requirements
• Partner with engineering teams to drive adoption of platform capabilities
• Align platform strategy with business and engineering priorities
• Track platform impact on speed, quality, and operational efficiency
• Platform stability and reliability, DevSecOps and Compliance
• CI/CD & Release Engineering, Cloud & Infrastructure Automation

Your skills and experience

• Strong background in platform engineering, DevOps, or infrastructure
• Proven experience building and scaling internal developer platforms
• Experience driving adoption across large engineering organizations
• Deep understanding of CI/CD, cloud, and developer tooling ecosystems
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-team collaboration skills
• Experience operating within enterprise security and compliance constraints
• Ability to balance standardization with team flexibility
• Track record of delivering reliable, scalable systems
• Strong interest in modern tools, with demonstrated experimentation and continuous learning
