Our training delivery runs like a high-availability software product, depending on seamless environment orchestration, agentic workflows, and robust cloud infrastructure.

This is not a traditional IT or administrative systems role. As a Platform Engineer at pronative.ai, you are the backbone of our Training Lifecycle. You will treat our training cohorts, sandboxes, and virtual laboratories as production software environments. Your goal is maximum uptime, automated environment velocity, zero-trust security, and seamless cleanup.

Align to our Training Lifecycle & Process Timeline, you will own critical operational stages across our Prepare and Decommission & Archive phases:

̲̲̲̲̲̲̲̲̲ ̲̲̲̲̲̲̲̲̲̲̲̲ ̲̲̲̲̲̲̲̲̲̲̲̲̲ ̲(̲̲–̲̲)̲:̲ Own the automated setup of Cosmos DB containers, Vector Indices, and complex Azure environments required for upcoming training cohorts.

̲̲̲̲̲̲̲̲ ̲̲̲̲̲̲̲̲̲ ̲̲̲̲̲̲̲̲̲̲̲ ̲(̲̲–̲̲)̲:̲ ̲Publish, version, and manage approved training files, lab assets, and baseline datasets to secure Azure Blob Storage.

̲̲̲̲̲̲̲̲̲̲ ̲̲̲̲̲̲̲̲̲̲̲̲ ̲̲̲̲̲̲̲̲̲̲̲̲̲̲̲̲ ̲(̲̲+̲̲)̲: Spin down, clean, and securely decommission sandboxes and cloud environments post-session to eliminate technical debt and optimize cloud spend (FinOps).

̲̲̲̲̲̲̲̲ ̲&̲ ̲̲̲̲̲ ̲̲̲̲̲̲̲̲̲̲̲ ̲(̲̲+̲̲̲)̲: Engineer automated data lifecycles to export Cosmos DB telemetry and securely archive, anonymize, or delete runtime data in compliance with data privacy policies.

̲̲̲ ̲&̲ ̲̲̲̲̲̲̲̲̲̲̲̲̲̲:̲ Monitor, alert, and safeguard the live delivery infrastructure (Foundry Copilot, Azure infrastructure, Teams integrations) to guarantee zero disruptions during live training runtimes.

̲̲̲̲̲ ̲̲̲̲̲̲̲̲̲:̲ Azure (Advanced Tiers, Resource Groups, IAM, Policies) and Exposure to AWS & GCP.

Data & Vector Infrastructure: Cosmos DB, Vector Databases, Azure Blob Storage.

̲̲/̲̲̲ ̲&̲ ̲̲̲̲̲̲̲̲ ̲̲̲̲̲̲̲:̲ GitHub, GitHub Actions, MCP (Model Context Protocol) server workflows.

Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Terraform for rapid workspace instantiation.

Experience: 3+ years in DevOps, Platform Engineering, or Site Reliability Engineering (SRE).

̲̲̲ ̲̲̲̲̲̲̲̲:̲ ̲You treat operational workflows as engineering problems. You value error budgets, blameless post-mortems, automation over manual effort, and rigorous monitoring.

̲̲̲̲̲ ̲̲̲̲̲̲̲̲̲̲̲̲̲:̲ Deep expertise in Azure infrastructure, particularly modern cloud data systems (Cosmos DB) and secure storage architectures.

̲̲̲̲̲̲̲̲̲̲ ̲̲̲̲̲̲:̲ Proficient in scripting (Python, Bash) and writing production-grade CI/CD pipelines.

Enterprise Integration: Comfortable working with modern API integration spaces, identity access controls, and telemetry tracking.

Work at the absolute absolute frontier of Agentic DevOps and GenAIOps.

Collaborate daily with AI Squads, HITL (Human-in-the-loop) AI Architects, and Forward Deployed Engineers.

Continuous access to the latest enterprise tools, licensed software stacks, and cutting-edge AI infrastructure (NVIDIA H200 / Neoclouds).
