Role Description
We're looking for a Senior / Platform Engineer to join our Platform team and work hands-on building and operating a Kubernetes-based managed platform used by business teams across the organization.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys deep technical ownership, production systems, and building reliable platforms at scale.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in platform engineering/development, DevSecOps, or internal developer platform roles
- Solid programming experience in Python
- Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes
- Experience building and operating Kubernetes Operators
- Experience in one or more of the following technologies: Istio, Keycloak and Kyverno
- Hands-on experience with Helm and GitOps practices (e.g., Argo CD)
- Proven experience running production platforms
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field is preferred.
What you'll do
- Own and operate a production-grade Kubernetes platform spanning multiple datacenters and cloud environments
- Design, build, and maintain managed services on Kubernetes
- Develop and maintain Kubernetes Operators and platform controllers
- Package, deploy, and manage platform components using Helm
- Drive GitOps-based deployment and operational workflows (Argo CD)
- Ensure platform reliability, scalability, and security
- Troubleshoot complex production issues and continuously improve platform
- Partner with application teams to improve developer experience and platform adoption
- Location: Gurugram/Pune (Hybrid)
