EXPERTISE AND QUALIFICATIONS

What You Will Do:

• Architect and manage scalable, highly available infrastructure platforms.
• Should take the e2e ownership of product/feature right from design, code, deployment and adoption.
• Ensure quality at every level be it problem-solving, design, code or bug fixes.
• Lead the development of advanced CI/CD pipelines for seamless integration and deployment.
• Implement best practices, focusing on automation, monitoring, and incident response.
• Enhance Kubernetes-based platforms with complex networking and multi-cluster configurations.
• Build Resilient testing environments, and integrated canary releases, governance controls, and AI-powered tooling to accelerate software delivery and reduce operational complexity.
• Conduct root cause analysis and develop strategies to resolve complex system issues.
• Stay current on emerging technologies like service meshes and serverless computing.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide guidance on technical challenges.

What We Are Looking For:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 6+ years of experience in DevOps or cloud infrastructure management specifically around platform engineering.
• Expertise in Kubernetes, Docker, and orchestration tools in large-scale systems.
• Good understanding of enterprise-level cloud environments (AWS/GCP/Azure)
• Deep understanding of Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) using Terraform or similar tech.
• Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and collaboration skills.
• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a focus on driving innovation.
• Solid knowledge of security, scalability, and high availability solutions.
• Strong leadership skills with experience mentoring teams.
• Good coding skills in Python, Golang or Bash.
• Experience with hybrid cloud solutions and advanced networking concepts.
• Good to have understanding of observability tools like Prometheus, NewRelic, or Loki/ELK Stack.
