Platform Engineer (DevOps & Azure Cloud)

Purpose

LHAP / Lighthouse India is seeking an experienced Platform Engineer with around 6 years of hands-on experience in modern cloud and DevOps ecosystems.

The ideal candidate should be technically strong in Azure Cloud, DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, Kubernetes orchestration, and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform), with a strong focus on automation, scalability, reliability, and platform governance.

The role will be responsible for building, maintaining, and optimizing enterprise-grade cloud platforms and deployment pipelines that support engineering and business-critical applications.

Senior DevOps / Platform Engineer – Azure

Experience: 5+ Years

We are looking for an experienced Senior DevOps / Platform Engineer with strong hands-on expertise in Azure Cloud, Kubernetes (AKS), and CI/CD to build and manage scalable, secure, and reliable cloud platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and manage Azure cloud infrastructure
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps/GitHub Actions/Jenkins)
• Manage Kubernetes (AKS) clusters and containerized workloads
• Implement Infrastructure as Code using Terraform
• Automate provisioning, deployments, monitoring, and recovery
• Ensure platform availability, performance, security, and cost optimization
• Support L2/L3 platform incidents and documentation
• Collaborate with Dev, Security, SRE, and Infrastructure teams

Key Skills:

• Azure Cloud (Compute, Networking, Storage, IAM, Monitoring)
• Kubernetes (AKS), Docker
• Terraform, CI/CD pipelines
• Linux administration, scripting (Shell/Python/PowerShell)
• Monitoring: Prometheus, Grafana, Azure Monitor
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills

Preferred Certifications:

Azure Administrator / Solutions Architect, CKA, Terraform Associate
