Job Title: Microsoft Power Platform Engineer (Senior/Technical Lead)

Experience Required: 7–8 Years

Location: Hyderabad (Remote with occasional visits)

Role Overview:

Seeking a highly experienced Microsoft Power Platform Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable IT solutions.
• Design, develop, and deploy enterprise business applications using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Pages, and Dataverse.
• Integrate AI-assisted development tools such as Microsoft Copilot into application design to enhance automation and productivity.
• Automate business processes and workflows, optimize existing applications, and troubleshoot issues.
• Integrate Power Platform solutions with Microsoft 365, Azure, APIs, and other enterprise systems.
• Follow best practices for security, governance, and application lifecycle management.
• Work collaboratively with stakeholders, developers, and technical teams.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 7–8 years of overall IT experience with hands-on expertise in Microsoft Power Platform.
• Proven experience in Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Practical experience using Microsoft Copilot / Copilot Studio for application development or enhancement.
• Strong knowledge of Dataverse, APIs, connectors, and integration methods.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and Azure ecosystems is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
