Job Description
Description
We are seeking an experienced Platform Engineer to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing and maintaining platform infrastructure, as well as a passion for automation and optimizing system performance.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable and reliable platform infrastructure.
- Collaborate with development teams to integrate new features and services.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure high availability.
- Implement automation tools and frameworks to improve operational efficiency.
- Ensure security best practices are followed in platform design and deployment.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 8-10 years of experience in platform engineering or related roles.
- Proficiency in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Strong experience with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
- In-depth knowledge of CI/CD tools and practices.
- Experience with configuration management tools like Ansible, Puppet, or Chef.
- Strong scripting skills in languages such as Python, Bash, or Go.
- Familiarity with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
