Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain online assessment platform
- Build aptitude and technical testing modules
- Create secure candidate login and test environment
- Develop recruiter/admin dashboard
- Implement timer-based exams and auto submission
- Build MCQ and coding assessment features
- Integrate one-way video interview functionality
- Add anti-cheating features:
- Tab switch detection
- Webcam monitoring
- Copy-paste restriction
- Screen activity monitoring
- Generate automated scorecards and reports
- Build candidate ranking and analytics
- API integrations with email/SMS services
- Deploy and maintain cloud infrastructure
- Ensure platform scalability and security
