The Platform Development Leader is expected to lead and coordinate a team of approximately 5 to 10 developers and interns, while remaining deeply hands-on in
Go, React.js, and Rust. Our primary focus is Go and React; Rust is optional if the candidate is not strong. This is not a pure people-management role. The person must be able to technically mentor developers and interns, review engineering quality, guide implementation decisions, support debugging, and ensure platform capabilities are functionally valid and product-ready.

Key Responsibilities Platform Engineering & Development
• Lead engineering execution across multiple cybersecurity platform initiatives.
• Contribute hands-on development in Go, Rust, and React.js.
Support scalable backend development and frontend integration.
• Convert platform concepts into production-grade engineering deliverables.
• Ensure platform stability, maintainability, scalability, and operational reliability. Technical Leadership & Mentoring
• Lead and coordinate 5 to 10 developers and interns.
• Provide technical guidance, mentoring, and engineering direction.
• Review code, implementation quality, and platform design decisions.
• Help junior developers and interns improve practical capability across Go, React.js, Rust, APIs, integrations, and distributed systems.
• Support debugging, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis. Product Development & Engineering Execution
• Bring strong product engineering discipline and structured development practices.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum workflows.
• Support sprint planning, backlog refinement, release readiness, and defect management.
• Improve engineering quality processes, validation discipline, and release governance.
• Coordinate execution across backend, frontend, integrations, and platform operations.
API, Integration & Functional Validation
• Validate REST APIs, platform endpoints, backend integrations, and frontend workflows.
• Test telemetry pipelines, data-processing workflows, integrations, and distributed platform behavior.
• Identify functional gaps, edge cases, defects, and reliability issues.
• Ensure outputs meet functional, operational, and product-quality expectations. AI-Assisted Engineering Environment
• Work within AI-assisted development workflows and engineering automation environments.
• Collaborate with architects using AI-driven engineering methodologies.
• Validate and improve AI-assisted engineering outputs.
• Bring curiosity and passion for Advanced AI, intelligent systems, AI frameworks, automation, and next-generation software engineering.
Required Skills & Experience
• 8-10 years of software engineering experience in product development (no IT Services experience)
• Minimum 5 years of strong hands-on product development experience in Go and React.js.
• Practical experience with Rust, PostgreSQL, Neo4j / GraphDB, Docker, Kubernetes, Linux, and AWS services including S3.
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, distributed systems, microservices, event driven engineering, CI/CD, debugging, and endpoint validation.
• Experience building enterprise-grade platforms or products.
• Experience leading or coordinating small engineering teams.
• Ability to mentor developers and interns technically.
