Roles and Responsibilities:
- Design and manage Azure infrastructure across compute, networking, storage, and identity and access management services.
- Integrate Azure environments with at least one additional cloud platform such as AWS or GCP.
- Build, configure, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and/or Azure DevOps.
- Implement DevSecOps practices including governance controls, policy enforcement, and secure deployment standards.
- Support secure, scalable, and self-service infrastructure capabilities to improve developer productivity and platform adoption.
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to enhance platform reliability, automation, and operational efficiency.
- Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions using Terraform and scripting tools.
- Automate operational and deployment activities using Python, Bash, or Shell scripting.
- Monitor and maintain cloud governance standards, identity management, and platform security best practices.
- Contribute to platform documentation, operational standards, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Skills Required:
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure cloud infrastructure and platform services.
- Good understanding of Azure Governance, Policy management, and Identity and Access Management (IAM).
- Experience working with multi-cloud environments including AWS and/or GCP.
- Expertise in CI/CD pipeline implementation using GitHub Actions and Azure DevOps.
- Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) and cloud automation practices.
- Proficiency in Python, Bash, or Shell scripting for automation and operational tasks.
- Understanding of DevSecOps principles, governance controls, and secure software delivery practices.
- Experience supporting developer platforms and self-service infrastructure capabilities.
- Knowledge of cloud networking, storage, compute, and platform security best practices.
- Strong collaboration, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
