Role Overview:
As the Klaviyo Platform Champion at Mavlers, you will own the strategic growth and
revenue of Klaviyo platform services within the agency. This leadership role requires
deep expertise in Klaviyo's email and SMS marketing automation ecosystem -
particularly for eCommerce brands - driving alignment across Sales, Marketing, and
Operations teams to grow platform adoption, optimize client success, and build a
strong internal capability for Klaviyo-driven lifecycle marketing. You will lead training,
sales support, marketing collaboration, and talent acquisition to maximize the
impact and profitability of Klaviyo services.
Key Responsibilities:
Revenue Growth & Service Ownership
Lead revenue growth initiatives for Klaviyo platform services across the
agency.
Collaborate with Sales teams on discovery calls, deal qualification, and closures
related to Klaviyo email, SMS, and eCommerce automation solutions.
Define service packaging, pricing strategies, and create scalable delivery
models for Klaviyo projects including flow builds, segmentation strategies,
campaign management, and analytics.
Monitor Klaviyo platform developments and eCommerce marketing trends to
advise on emerging service opportunities.
Training & Team Development
Develop and deliver comprehensive Klaviyo training programs for the
operations team, covering Klaviyo Flows, list and segment management, A/B
testing, SMS marketing, predictive analytics, and Shopify/eCommerce
integrations.
Implement certification and evaluation frameworks aligned with Klaviyo's
partner program standards to ensure operational excellence.
Continuously assess and close skill gaps through coaching, live flow-building
exercises, and eCommerce use case simulations.
Marketing Collaboration
Partner with the Marketing team to shape content strategy highlighting
Klaviyo-related use cases, eCommerce success stories, platform updates, and
DTC marketing trends.
Provide expert input on asset creation, webinars, blogs, and social media
campaigns focused on Klaviyo services and retention marketing for
eCommerce brands.
Hiring & Talent Acquisition
Define a hiring scorecard and collaborate with HR/recruitment to attract top
talent specialized in Klaviyo and eCommerce lifecycle marketing.
Design and monitor interview processes to evaluate technical proficiency in
Klaviyo, cultural fit, and a revenue-driven mindset.
Oversee onboarding processes to quickly ramp up new team members on
Klaviyo workflows, eCommerce client nuances, and agency delivery standards.
Cross-Functional Leadership & Alignment
Work closely with Customer Success and Operations teams to ensure
successful Klaviyo onboarding, flow execution, campaign delivery, and
ongoing client retention.
Facilitate feedback and collaboration across Sales, Marketing, and Operations
to optimize client outcomes and drive eCommerce service innovation.
Stay current on Klaviyo platform updates, partner certifications, and
eCommerce marketing best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
