What you'll do

• Develop and maintain Go-based services and platform automation.
• Contribute to Kubernetes Operators, controllers, and Custom Resource Definitions (CRDs) with guidance from senior engineers.
• Automate provisioning, configuration, upgrades, and recovery workflows.
• Write unit and integration tests, support CI/CD pipelines, and troubleshoot deployment and platform issues.
• Improve logs, metrics, health checks, and documentation while following established security and engineering practices.
  
  

Must haves

• 3+ years of relevant experience in software engineering, platform engineering, DevOps, or SRE, with hands-on coding responsibilities.
• Practical experience building and maintaining Go applications or automation, including error handling, testing, and debugging.
• Strong hands-on Kubernetes experience, including deployment, configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
• Working understanding of cluster operations, networking, storage, and resource management.
• Familiarity with Kubernetes APIs, CRDs, controllers, and reconciliation concepts.
• Experience with Linux, containers, Git, CI/CD, and Helm, plus familiarity with GitOps workflows.
• Understanding of RBAC, secrets management, namespaces, and workload isolation.
• Sound problem-solving, clear communication, and ownership of assigned work.
  
  

Good to haves

• Experience contributing to Kubernetes Operators or controllers using Kubebuilder, Operator SDK, controller-runtime, or client-go.
• Exposure to Terraform, Argo CD or Flux, and EKS, AKS, or GKE. Familiarity with Prometheus, Grafana, and automation concepts such as retries, idempotency, and failure recovery.
• Kubernetes or cloud certifications are a plus.
