Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Platform Automation DevOps Engineer with expertise in Windows environments to design, implement, and maintain automated solutions for infrastructure and application delivery. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in Windows Server Administration, CI/CD pipelines, cross-platform automation, and cloud-native technologies. You will report to a Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, build, and maintain automation frameworks for Windows platforms.
  • Manage Active Directory, Group Policies, OU structure, and Windows security hardening.
  • Administer Windows Servers: roles/features, performance tuning, troubleshooting.
  • Knowledge of Windows clustering, Linux HA, and failover solutions.
  • Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, or GitHub Actions.
  • Automate server provisioning, configuration, and patching using PowerShell DSC, Ansible, or similar tools.
  • Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform.
  • Collaborate with development and operations teams for smooth deployments across hybrid environments.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues across Windows Operating Systems .

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Windows Server Administration (2016/2019/2022).
  • Scripting skills: PowerShell and Bash.
  • Experience with CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
  • Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (Terraform).
  • Familiarity with Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure,OCI ).
  • Understanding of networking fundamentals and OS security best practices.
  • Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes on Windows/Linux).
  • Exposure to DevSecOps practices.

Qualifications

  • Windows Server Administration (2016/2019/2022).
  • Strong scripting skills: PowerShell and Bash.
  • Experience with CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
