Job Description

• 10+ years of IT experience with at least 5+ years in ServiceNow architecture roles.
• Deep expertise in ServiceNow platform architecture and solution design.
• Strong knowledge of modules like ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CSM, HRSD, SPM, CMDB & Discovery, Service Catalog
• Experience with Integration Hub, REST/SOAP APIs, MID Servers, and enterprise integrations.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform security, governance, and performance optimization.
• Experience leading large-scale ServiceNow transformations and enterprise implementations.
• Ability to create architecture blueprints, roadmaps, and governance frameworks.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Experience working within Agile and DevOps delivery models.
• ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) preferred.
• ServiceNow Certified Master Architect (CMA) or multiple CIS certifications desirable.
• TOGAF or equivalent enterprise architecture certification is an advantage.
