Job Description: Platform Support Engineer
Senior Platform Support Engineer (6 to 12 years of experience) to manage the infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines for our UiPath and Pega platforms.
Certification: UiPath Infrastructure Engineer Professional certification is mandatory. (Pega CSSA / LSA certification is added advantage)
UiPath Experience: Solid understanding of Orchestrator management, robot licensing, and troubleshooting automation logs.
UiPath Agent Management: Proven experience in configuring and managing UiPath Robot Agents (Assistant) across attended and unattended environments, including session management, service-mode vs. user-mode installations, and troubleshooting connectivity between Agents and Orchestrator
Pega Experience: Deep expertise in PRPC features (BPM & BRE), rule management, skimming, and bulk processing tools.
Platform Governance: Ensure high availability and performance of the Pega (PRPC) and UiPath environments.
CI/CD Pipeline Management: Design, maintain, and troubleshoot automated deployment pipelines using Jenkins to streamline Pega and UiPath releases.
Automated Deployments: Use Jenkins in conjunction with Pega Deployment Manager (PDM) and UiPath CLI/Orchestrator API to automate code migrations and robot provisioning.
Incident Management: Provide support for platform outages, specifically focusing on failures within the automated build or deployment stages.
Domain: Healthcare domain experience (HIPAA, Claims, etc.) is a major plus.
Scalability Mindset: Ability to assess application reuse and infrastructure scalability.
Communication: Strong presentation skills to explain pipeline bottlenecks or platform risks to stakeholders.
