About The Opportunity
QHT Clinic is seeking a skilled and patient-centric
Plastic Surgeon with expertise in
hair transplant procedures to deliver high-quality aesthetic outcomes. The role involves end-to-end patient care, from consultation to procedure execution and post-treatment follow-up, ensuring safety, ethics, and patient satisfaction.
Role & Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive hair restoration surgeries including FUE and FUT, from pre-op planning to operative execution and immediate post-op care.
- Design individualized hairline and graft placement plans using trichoscopic assessment and evidence-based aesthetic principles.
- Administer adjunctive regenerative therapies such as PRP and oversee intra-operative graft handling and micrografting techniques to maximise survival rates.
- Maintain accurate surgical records, photodocumentation, and outcome tracking; review case outcomes to optimise protocols and reduce complication rates.
- Lead patient consultationsassessing candidacy, obtaining informed consent, setting realistic expectations, and managing perioperative instructions and follow-ups.
- Collaborate with anaesthesia, nursing, and clinical teams to ensure compliance with sterilisation, safety protocols, and medico-legal documentation standards.

- Experience with advanced graft preservation and implantation tools
- Hands-on experience in eyebrow, beard, or facial hair restoration techniques
Required Qualifications
- MBBS + MCh / MS / DNB in Plastic Surgery
- Valid State Medical Council / NMC registration
