Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

Land Validation & Crop Planning

  • Prepare land-specific Package of Practices (PoPs) for energy crop farming.
  • Develop and implement planting, cultivation, and harvesting plans to maximize productivity.

Resource & Operations Management

  • Oversee efficient utilization of land, labor, machinery, and finances.
  • Implement strategies for yield optimization and ensure adherence to quality standards.
  • Recruit, train, and supervise workforce to maintain labor efficiency.

Financial Management & Profitability

  • Manage plantation budgets, ensuring cost-effective operations.
  • Focus on profitability through efficient resource management and operational planning.

Sustainability & Compliance

  • Implement and maintain sustainable agricultural practices, including environmental stewardship and social responsibility.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, industry standards, and company policies.
