Plant Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day operations of the agricultural plant or facility
• Monitor crop production, plant processes, and agricultural inputs
• Ensure proper maintenance and functioning of equipment and machinery
• Manage and guide plant staff to achieve operational targets efficiently
• Maintain accurate records of production, inventory, and plant activities
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards
• Coordinate with management for reporting, planning, and process improvements
• Troubleshoot operational issues and implement corrective measures
