Job Description

Responsibilities

Develop and implement security policies, protocols, and procedures to ensure the safety of the manufacturing facility.
Lead, manage, and mentor a team of security personnel to maintain a high level of security awareness.
Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and recommend corrective actions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure security measures align with business objectives.
Oversee the installation and maintenance of security systems, including CCTV, access control, and alarm systems.
Respond to security incidents and emergencies in a timely and effective manner.
Develop and conduct security training programs for employees to enhance security awareness.
Stay updated on the latest security trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously improve security operations.
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal security regulations and standards
