Plant Quality Manager

The Plant Quality InCharge for UTCL's RMC business ensures endtoend quality control by testing and approving all incoming raw materials, coordinating with suppliers, and conducting admixture and concrete mix trials to maintain production quality standards. The role involves monitoring fresh concrete properties, ensuring correct sampling, calibration of equipment, and adherence to approved mix designs. It also requires regular site visits to address customer concerns, prevent pump choking, analyze cube test results, and implement corrective actions based on site feedback. Additionally, the position is responsible for maintaining accurate quality records, preparing monthly rawmaterial consumption reports, and supporting the plantincharge in physical stock verification.
