About The Role
We are hiring a
Plant & Procurement Head with strong expertise in
Injection Molding, Plastics Manufacturing, and Supply Chain Management to lead end-to-end plant operations and procurement strategy.
This is a
leadership role requiring a professional who can drive
production efficiency, cost optimization, vendor development, and operational excellence in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Injection Moulding, Assembly Operations, and Pad Printing, along with procurement ownership — this opportunity is for you.
Key Responsibilities
Plant Operations (Injection Molding | Plastics Manufacturing)
- Lead Injection Molding, Polymer Processing, Assembly Operations, and Pad Printing
- Optimize molding parameters, tooling systems, and polymer behavior
- Drive process standardization, Lean Manufacturing, TPM, and preventive maintenance
- Ensure high levels of production efficiency, quality control, and plant performance
- Improve OEE, reduce rejection rates, and enhance productivity
Procurement & Supply Chain Management
- Manage strategic sourcing, vendor development, and supplier negotiations
- Oversee material planning, inventory management, and logistics operations
- Drive cost reduction, value engineering, and procurement optimization
- Strengthen supply chain efficiency and backward integration
Financial & Commercial Responsibility
- Handle plant budgeting, cost control, and profitability improvement
- Support business growth with techno-commercial inputs and costing strategies
- Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives
Leadership & Team Management
- Lead cross-functional teams across production, procurement, quality, and maintenance
- Drive performance management, accountability, and execution discipline
- Ensure timely achievement of production targets and business KPIs
