• Operate and monitor plant equipment and machinery to ensure efficient production processes.
• Perform routine inspections and checks on equipment to identify issues or potential failures.
• Maintain optimal operating conditions by adjusting controls and settings as required.
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines at all times.
• Record production data, logs, and operational reports accurately.
• Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and coordinate with maintenance teams for repairs.
• Monitor gauges, meters, and control panels to verify system performance.
• Assist in start-up and shutdown procedures of plant operations.
• Conduct preventive maintenance tasks to minimize downtime.
• Handle raw materials and finished products safely and efficiently.
