We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Plant Operator to join our team at our Chandigarh facility. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in operating and maintaining ETP (Effluent Treatment Plant), RO (Reverse Osmosis), and WTP (Water Treatment Plant) systems. Candidates should also have a basic understanding of safety procedures and protocols related to plant operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain ETP, RO, and WTP systems effectively.
- Monitor plant operations and maintain logs of all readings, parameters, and issues.
- Conduct routine inspections to ensure plant equipment is functioning efficiently.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance as required.
- Follow safety guidelines and wear PPE at all times.
- Coordinate with maintenance teams for repair and troubleshooting of equipment.
- Ensure compliance with environmental and operational regulations.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene around the plant area.
- Prepare daily and monthly reports of plant performance.
Candidate Requirements:
- Qualification: ITI / Diploma / Graduates with relevant experience can also apply.
- Experience: 13 years of hands-on experience in ETP/RO/WTP operations.
- Basic knowledge of industrial safety standards and plant hygiene.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and standard operating procedures.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to work independently.
- Willingness to work in shifts.
