Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Sonipat for a Plant Operator. The Plant Operator will be responsible for overseeing plant operations, monitoring equipment, maintaining machinery, performing quality control checks, and participating in the safe and efficient operation of the facility. Additional responsibilities include maintaining production records, troubleshooting issues, and adhering to safety and environmental regulations.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Plant Operations and experience in Machine Operation
• Proficiency in Quality Control techniques and standards
• Skills in Maintenance and troubleshooting of industrial machinery
• Experience with Forklift Operation and other material handling equipment
• Ability to follow safety procedures and protocols
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Relevant technical certification or diploma in a related field (preferred)
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is an advantage
