Plant Operator – Aroma Chemicals (Full-Time)

Salary: ₹16,000 – ₹18,000 per month

Job Overview:

We are hiring a Plant Operator (Fresher) for our aroma chemicals manufacturing unit. The role involves assisting in production operations and handling basic chemical processes under supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

•Assist in operating distillation columns (continuous & batch)

•Support hydrogenation and reactor-based processes

•Monitor production parameters and report any deviations

•Handle raw materials and ensure proper process flow

•Maintain records of production activities

•Follow safety guidelines and standard operating procedures (SOPs)

•Ensure cleanliness and upkeep of plant equipment

Requirements:

•Graduate (B.Sc. Chemistry preferred)

•Basic understanding of chemical processes and plant operations

•Familiarity with distillation, hydrogenation, and reactor systems (academic knowledge acceptable)

•Willingness to learn and work in a manufacturing environment

•Ability to work in a team and follow instructions

Preferred:

•Internship or academic exposure to chemical plants or process operations
