- Position Title: Plant & Operations Manager
- Location: Head Office / Factory / Assigned Region
- Reporting To: Director
- Role Purpose: Ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations across DC Studio outlets and factories, maintaining hygiene standards, timely service delivery, and compliance with statutory and audit requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of dry cleaning, laundry, upholstery care, and merchandise units.
- Ensure 99.9% hygiene standards and eco‑friendly processes are consistently followed.
- Monitor turnaround times and delivery accuracy across outlets.
- Coordinate with franchise partners to ensure operational compliance.
- Manage inventory, procurement, and vendor relationships.
- Lead and mentor operations staff, ensuring productivity and adherence to SOPs.
- Prepare operational reports and recommend process improvements.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Strong ability to multitask
- Comfort working with multiple groups within business
Salary: 25,000 to 35,000
