Job description

1. Head and responsible for end-to-end techno commercial performance of the Project.

2. 15-20 years of progressive and diversified experience in the area of Operation & Maintenance, Erection and Commissioning and Resource Optimization and asset management.

3. In-depth experience in production, quality control, preventive maintenance, condition-based maintenance, breakdown maintenance & emergency maintenance of mechanical & electrical plants / equipment. Inbound logistics, stock yard management and systems.

4. Strong insight in total plant operations as well as design and implementation of strategies to increase productivity and meet manufacturing and production goals.

5. Proficient in installation and commissioning activities coupled with adeptness at evaluating operations and implementing process enhancement initiatives.

6. Keen strategist who transforms strategic plans into workable solutions and benchmarks for performance against key operational objectives.

7. To deliver extraordinary results in achieving business growth objectives, whilst working within the organizations core values and beliefs.

8. Demonstrating excellent man-management skills, superior communication, negotiating and interpersonal skills, multitasking with an ability to interact with a wide range of people.

9. Developing budgets, reviewing production orders for accuracy and adjusting schedules as needed.

10. Hiring and management of plant and machineries as per requirement of site.

11. Maintain the inventory of all plant & machineries, spares & wear parts, oil & lubricants, consumables and periodic review for optimization.

12. Environment & Safety: - Updating and maintenance of environmental, health and safety aspects on work fronts

13. MIS: - Coordinating development and implementation of performance monitoring and improvement systems in all O&M areas, ensuring operational stability.

Material handling equipment: Front end Wheel loader, Backhoe loader, Load out conveyor, Bucket elevators etc.
