Plant Operations Head - Machined Components Division(CNC Machining)

Looking an experienced and highly skilled Plant Operations Head for our Machined Components Division, specializing in CNC machining of engineering components, particularly castings. The Plant Operations Head will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of production operations, including managing a large workforce.

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field. (Master's degree preferred).

Minimum 8-10 years of experience in plant operations, with at least 5 years in a leadership role managing CNC machining operations, particularly in the production of engineering components and castings.

Hands-on experience and deep understanding of CNC machining processes, tooling, setup, and programming.

Expertise in managing large teams in a manufacturing setting, including staffing, scheduling, and training.

Strong technical knowledge of CNC machines, CAD/CAM systems, and machining techniques.

In-depth understanding of machining castings, engineering components, and related manufacturing processes.
