Job Description

  • Manage the financial operations of the plant, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
  • Provide financial insights and analysis to support strategic decision-making.
  • Oversee cost management and identify opportunities for cost optimization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial objectives with operational goals.
  • Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure smooth plant operations.
  • Prepare and present financial reports to senior management.
  • Lead and mentor the plant finance team to achieve departmental objectives.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Plant Finance Head should have:

  • A degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
  • Professional certification such as CA or CMA is mandatory.
  • Strong knowledge of financial regulations and standards.
  • Proven expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
  • Experience with cost management and process optimization in manufacturing or industrial setups.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
