Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Plant Manager, based in Mumbai. The Plant Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring efficient production processes, managing plant personnel, and optimizing workflows. Responsibilities include supervising manufacturing operations, coordinating production planning, and implementing best practices in operations management to meet production goals and maintain quality standards.

Qualifications

• Experience and expertise in Plant Management and Plant Operations
• Knowledge of Operations Management and Production Planning
• Strong background in Manufacturing Operations
• Proven leadership, organizational, and decision-making abilities
• Exceptional problem-solving and process improvement skills
• Strong understanding of safety and compliance standards in manufacturing
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field
• Prior experience in the aerosol manufacturing industry is a plus
