We are seeking a dedicated Plant Operator for a full-time, on-site role at our facility in Ghaziabad. The Plant Operator will oversee the operation of machinery, ensure efficient production processes, and adhere to quality standards. Daily responsibilities will include equipment monitoring and maintenance, troubleshooting process issues, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, and collaborating with the production team to meet organizational output goals.

• Proficiency in machine operation, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
• Familiarity with production processes and quality control measures.
• Understanding of safety regulations and procedures within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to evolving processes and technical demands.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities to effectively collaborate with colleagues and supervisors.
• Prior experience in the manufacturing or paper industry is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Technical or vocational training in relevant fields is a plus.
