Job Description

  • Manage and supervise daily plant operations including production, maintenance, quality, and logistics
  • Ensure achievement of production targets while maintaining product quality and delivery timelines
  • Implement lean manufacturing, cost control, and continuous improvement practices
  • Coordinate with cross-functional departments to ensure smooth and efficient workflow

  • Develop and manage plant budgets, resource allocation, and cost optimization
  • Lead and mentor departmental heads and foster a culture of performance and accountability
  • Ensure effective utilization of manpower, machinery, and materials
  • Handle audits, statutory inspections, and ensure adherence to industry regulations and company policies
