WE ARE HIRING | PLANT MANAGER / PLANT HEAD

Autotrade Global Seating System Pvt. Ltd. (AGS)

Location: Rangpuri, New Delhi

Industry: Automotive Recliner Seats & Vehicle Interiors

AGS is a leading manufacturer of automotive recliner seats and customized seating solutions for Buses, Urbania, Force Traveller, Commercial Vehicles and Personal Vehicles.

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Plant Manager / Plant Head to take complete responsibility for our plant operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage overall plant, production, assembly & customization operations

• Lead production teams, floor managers, workers and plant staff

• Coordinate with Stores, Sales, Quality, Purchase and Management

• Manage customer-specific customization requirements

• Ensure production targets, quality and timely delivery

• Plan manpower, shifts and daily shop-floor activities

• Monitor material availability and coordinate with Stores

• Resolve production and operational issues effectively

• Improve productivity, efficiency and reduce wastage

• Maintain plant discipline, safety and 5S standards

• Submit regular plant performance reports to Management

Candidate Profile

5-8 years of relevant experience in Plant/Production Management

Experience in Automotive / Auto Components / Seating / Interior / Manufacturing preferred

Strong experience in assembly, customization and shop-floor management

Excellent team handling and leadership skills

Strong coordination with customers and internal departments

Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Preferred Candidate

Candidates with hands-on experience in automotive seating, recliner seats, vehicle interiors, fabrication or assembly manufacturing will be highly preferred.
