Plant Manager

The Plant Manager is responsible for overseeing the overall operations of a large process industry plant. The role includes managing production, ensuring safety compliance, optimizing processes, and leading teams to achieve operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee daily plant operations, including production, maintenance, and safety compliance.
• Supervise Furnace and Boiler operations, ensuring efficiency and reliability.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to improve productivity and reduce costs.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate plant teams to achieve performance goals.
• Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations.
• Coordinate with other departments, vendors, and stakeholders for smooth operations.
• Monitor and report on plant performance metrics, maintenance schedules, and process improvements.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience:

• BE in Chemical, Mechanical, or Environmental Engineering.
• 810 years of experience in a large process industry, with exposure to Furnace / Boiler operations.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and managerial skills.
