Role Description

The Plant Manager will oversee daily plant operations, new product development ensuring optimized production planning, seamless manufacturing processes, and adherence to safety and quality standards. Responsibilities include leading the operations team, managing resources, minimizing downtime, streamlining workflows, and ensuring timely project delivery. As a full-time, on-site role based in Faridabad, the position requires hands-on leadership, strategic decision-making, and effective communication to align operations with company goals.

Qualifications

• Plant Management and Plant Operations expertise in Fabrication
• Knowledge of Autocad software
• Excellent knowledge of engineering drawing of fabricated structures and other automobile industry components.
• Strong skills in Operations Management and Production Planning
• Experience in driving efficiency in Manufacturing Operations
• Proficiency in implementing process improvements and KPI monitoring
• Knowledge of safety protocols and compliance in industrial settings
• Excellent organizational, team leadership, and problem-solving abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field preferred
• Prior experience in CNC machining or metal fabrication is an advantage
