Role Description

This full-time on-site role of Plant Manager in Buiding stone Crusher front , located in Ernakulam, involves overseeing the daily operations and management of the plant. The responsibilities include ensuring efficient production processes, coordinating manufacturing activities, managing plant operations, and optimizing resources to meet production objectives. The role also includes implementing production plans, maintaining safety standards, and leading a team to achieve organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Plant Management and Plant Operations in the stone crusher front
• Expertise in Operations Management and Production Planning
• Strong background in overseeing Manufacturing and maintenance Operations .
• Experience in team leadership and workforce management
• Ability to manage resources efficiently and ensure safety compliance
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field is preferred
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Proficiency in Malayalam is a Must

Experience: 10-15 years in the stone crusher operations

Salary :Rs 4.8 to 6 Lakhs per annum
