Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Plant Manager located in Jaipur. The Plant Manager will oversee day-to-day plant operations, which include production management in Forging , Machining , Heat Treatment , ensuring optimal efficiency, supervising plant activities, and meeting production targets. Responsibilities also involve coordinating production schedules, managing workforce performance, driving initiatives for process improvement, and maintaining compliance with quality standards and safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Plant Management and Plant Operations
• Proven experience in Operations Management and Production Planning
• Knowledge and skills in Manufacturing Operations, including workflow optimization and resource management
• Excellent leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to lead diverse teams and ensure adherence to production standards and safety regulations
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering or a related field is preferred
• Experience in the automotive or manufacturing industry is an added advantage
