Plant Maintenance Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise maintenance activities for plant machinery and mechanical systems.
• Plan and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance schedules.
• Lead maintenance teams and allocate daily work activities.
• Ensure minimum machine downtime and efficient operations.
• Coordinate with production and utility teams for maintenance planning.
• Monitor spare parts usage and maintenance records.
• Ensure compliance with safety and maintenance standards.

Requirements:

• Mandatory: Experience in PCB manufacturing industry.
• Diploma/B.E. in Mechanical Engineering.
• Experience in plant/mechanical maintenance supervision.
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and machine handling.
• Leadership and team coordination skills.
• Good documentation and reporting abilities.
• Ability to work in shifts.
