Why this role is important

We are looking for a Maintenance Manager who can ensure maximum uptime, zero breakdowns, and complete technical stability of our plant.
Role Overview
You will lead the maintenance team, manage preventive & predictive maintenance, and ensure continuous production.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and troubleshoot all plant machinery, electricals & utilities
- Implement preventive & predictive maintenance schedules
- Reduce machine downtime & ensure uninterrupted production
- Maintain spare parts inventory & maintenance planning systems
- Conduct root-cause analysis of breakdowns & implement permanent fixes
- Ensure compliance with safety norms, audits & statutory requirements
- Coordinate closely with Production & QC for smooth operations
- Lead & train technicians and external service teams
Ideal Candidates
- Minimum 3 years of maintenance experience in FMCG / food/manufacturing
- Strong understanding of plant equipment, electricals, motors, and utilities
- Experience with maintenance systems (preventive & predictive)
- Strong problem-solving & technical hands-on approach
- Must relocate to Himatnagar, Gujarat
