Plant Maintenance Engineer - 3+ Years of exp - Contract role - Immediate joiners needed

Role Description

This is a contract role for a Plant Maintenance Engineer based in Bengaluru. The engineer will be responsible for performing equipment maintenance, conducting preventive maintenance programs, diagnosing and resolving mechanical and electrical issues, and ensuring operational efficiency and safety. Day-to-day tasks include maintaining machinery, troubleshooting and repairing equipment, and implementing improvements to reduce downtime and enhance performance. Immediate joiners are preferred for this on-site opportunity.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Equipment Maintenance and Maintenance Engineering
• Proficiency in Maintenance & Repair as well as Preventive Maintenance strategies
• Knowledge of Electrical Maintenance processes and techniques
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills related to machinery and equipment
• Ability to work on-site to meet operational demands and ensure minimal downtime
• Prior experience of at least 3 years in plant maintenance or a related role
• Technical diploma or degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related fields is preferred
