Job Description

  • Develop labour policies.
  • Handle grievance procedures- Grievance Management
  • Head monthly labour management meetings
  • Prepare documentation regarding labour relations assignments.
  • Control Blue Collar Absenteeism & Attrition.
  • Ensure Statutory Compliance Management- ESIC, EPF,Gratuity.
  • Conduct and ensure workers Induction & Trainings.
  • Prepare MIS Reports for Attrition , Absenteeism , Manpower , Accidents in Plant.
  • Co-ordinate with Production for the welfare of workers.
  • Head Medical Check up CampsDoctor s Visit.
  • Ensuring all safety programs are followed within the unit.
  • Forecasting the labour requirements and planning it accordingly - Blue Collar Hiring & On-boarding.
  • Ensure healthy working conditions for employees within the unit
  • Monitoring the compliance needs on a monthly basis and take corrective actions based on the monthly report.
