Job Description

Develop labour policies.
Handle grievance procedures- Grievance Management
Head monthly labour management meetings
Prepare documentation regarding labour relations assignments.
Control Blue Collar Absenteeism & Attrition.
Ensure Statutory Compliance Management- ESIC, EPF,Gratuity.
Conduct and ensure workers Induction & Trainings.
Prepare MIS Reports for Attrition , Absenteeism , Manpower , Accidents in Plant.
Co-ordinate with Production for the welfare of workers.
Head Medical Check up CampsDoctor s Visit.
Ensuring all safety programs are followed within the unit.
Forecasting the labour requirements and planning it accordingly - Blue Collar Hiring & On-boarding.
Ensure healthy working conditions for employees within the unit
Monitoring the compliance needs on a monthly basis and take corrective actions based on the monthly report.
