Our client is a leading organization in the FMCG / Food & Beverage sector, looking for an experienced HR professional to lead HR operations at its manufacturing plant.

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Manager – Plant HR who will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations at the plant. The ideal candidate should have strong Industrial Relations (IR) expertise and a deep understanding of the factory environment and plant operations.

The role will work closely with the Plant Head and will be responsible for ensuring smooth people operations, employee relations and HR processes across the manufacturing facility.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end Plant HR Operations for the manufacturing facility.
• Drive Industrial Relations (IR) and maintain healthy employee relations at the plant.
• Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters and other workforce-related issues effectively.
• Partner closely with the Plant Head and business leadership on people-related matters.
• Ensure smooth execution of all HR processes and policies within the plant.
• Manage workforce-related requirements in line with plant operations and business needs.
• Ensure compliance with applicable HR and labour-related policies and processes.
• Act as the key HR point of contact for employees and plant management.
• Support a productive, disciplined and positive work environment across the factory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification preferred.
• 8–10 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing/plant environment.

Required Skills

• Strong Industrial Relations (IR) expertise is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of factory/manufacturing operations and the plant environment.
• Strong knowledge of Plant HR Operations.
• Excellent employee relations and grievance-handling skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work closely with plant leadership and manage workforce-related challenges.

Preferred Skills

• Prior experience in the FMCG / Food & Beverage sector.
• Experience managing HR operations within a manufacturing plant.
• Exposure to a workforce-intensive factory environment.

Compensation: ₹25–26 LPA
