About Our Client:

Main responsibilities:
● Prepare and monitor the factory manpower plan
● Recruit permanent, contractual and trainee manpower
● Manage attendance, shifts, overtime and payroll inputs
● Manage industrial relations and employee grievances
● Ensure labour-law and contractor compliance
● Coordinate onboarding, training and skill certification
● Drive performance management and succession planning
● Manage employee engagement, welfare and communication
● Oversee administration, canteen, transport and facilities
● Support disciplinary processes and workforce productivity
KPIs:
● Manpower availability
● Vacancy closure time
● Labour productivity
● Attrition and absenteeism
● Overtime cost
● Training and skill-certification completion
● Labour and contractor compliance
● Employee grievances and closure time
● Industrial-relations incidents
● Succession coverage for critical roles
Profile:
● MBA/PGDM in HR or relevant qualification
● Approximately 10-15 years in manufacturing HR
● Strong factory HR and industrial-relations experience
● Knowledge of labour laws and contract-labour management
● Experience with multi-shift operations
● Strong employee-handling and stakeholder-management skills
