Location : Odisha/ Bangalore

Experience: 5 to 7 Years

Qualification: MBA/PGDM in HR / MSW / equivalent

Salary : Upto 12L

Job Purpose

To support day-to-day HR operations at the apparel manufacturing plant, ensuring smooth employee management, attendance, statutory compliance, employee engagement, and coordination with production teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily attendance, shift, leave, and employee records.
• Support recruitment and onboarding of plant workers and staff.
• Coordinate manpower requirements with production and department heads.
• Handle employee queries, grievances, and basic HR-related issues.
• Support payroll inputs, overtime, incentives, and wage-related activities.
• Assist in statutory compliance, including PF, ESI, labour laws, and contractor compliance.
• Maintain personnel files, HR reports, and MIS.
• Support employee engagement, welfare activities, and HR initiatives.
• Assist in disciplinary processes and industrial relations.
• Coordinate with security, administration, and other plant functions.
• Support HR audits and implementation of company policies.

Desired Skills

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of labour laws and statutory compliance.
• Good MS Excel and HRMS skills.
• Ability to work in a factory/plant environment.
• Strong coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work in shifts, if required.

Preferred: Experience in apparel, garment, textile, or manufacturing industry.
