Job Title:Plant Head

Location: Ahmedabad.

Job Purpose

The role will Lead complete plant operations including production, quality, safety, and team management to ensure efficient
and reliable performance.internal QMSprocedures, while maintaining audit readiness , supplier performance and process standardization.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage overall plant operations and production

• Ensure production efficiency, quality, and safety compliance

• Monitor and improve manufacturing processes

• Lead and supervise plant team

• Drive operational efficiency and minimize downtime

Key Requirements

• B.Sc. / M.Sc. Chemistry or Chemical Engineering

• 5-10 yearsof experience in chemical manufacturing

• Strong technical and plant operations knowledge

• Leadership and problem-solving abilities.

Ideally experience in:

• Food colors

• Intermediates

• Specialty chemicals

Must have handled:

• Azo dyes (very important)

• Batch processing plants

• Reaction + filtration + spray drying
