Job Description

  • Lead and manage the daily operations of the solar cell manufacturing plant.
  • Oversee the production process to ensure efficiency and adherence to quality standards.
  • Implement and monitor manufacturing best practices and operational procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to optimize production schedules and resource allocation.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the manufacturing facility.
  • Manage budgets, cost controls, and operational targets effectively.
  • Provide leadership and training to the plant workforce to enhance productivity.

The Successful Applicant

  • A strong educational background in engineering or a related field.
  • Previous experience in Cell Manufacturing is mandatory.
  • Proven expertise in the engineering and manufacturing domain.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage large-scale production facilities.
  • Knowledge of solar cell manufacturing processes and technologies.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Familiarity with safety and environmental compliance standards.
