COMPANY

Shrijay Foils Limited is an aluminium foil producer at Khordha, Odisha, producing ULG, LG and MG foils with the highest quality parameters.

ROLE

Direct reporting to Promoters. Full accountability for output, yield, quality, safety, cost and people.

- Lead the product roadmap: ultra-light gauge, battery foil, pharma foil, aseptic packaging

- Plan, execute and commercialise each new product trial

- Run the plant on a monthly plan with honest reporting against it

- Root-cause complaints and defects; close CAPAs

- Control conversion cost through process parameters and consumables

- Enforce safety systems

QUALIFICATIONS

- 10+ years in aluminium rolling, with 5+ years as Plant Head or Unit Head at a foil or thin-gauge plant

- Hands-on knowledge of cold rolling, foil finishing and annealing, including recovery and break management at thin gauge

- Has taken a plant from commissioning to stable capacity

- Has introduced at least one new product grade commercially

- Engineering degree, metallurgical or mechanical preferred

- Based at Khordha, Odisha

FIT

Suited to a leader who has run a plant inside a large group and wants full authority to build one. Compensation is competitive. The larger return is creating a company.
